Breakfast Combinations for Kids

At home
- _ cup cereal (cheerios, rice crispies, kix,) and 1 cup milk or light yogurt (30gm)
- _ cup of cooked oatmeal with _ peeled, chopped apple, 4oz milk and cinnamon (30gm)
- 2 slices of French toast with sugar free syrup (30gm)
- Waffles (2 regular sized or 6 mini waffles) with sugar free syrup (30gm)
- 2 pancakes (4inch) with sugar free syrup and 8 oz milk (30gm)
(Look for the various pancake molds to create different shapes)
- Egg and cheese on an English muffin or biscuit with 4 oz milk (30gm)
- 1 toaster cake and 6 oz milk (30 gm)
- 2 slices of toast with 2 Tbsp peanut butter (37gm)
- Grilled cheese sandwich (30gm)
(You can make fun shapes with various sandwich makers)
- Sliced apple, cheese slices and 5 crackers on a platter (30gm)
- 2 slices of cinnamon raisin toast with butter (30gm)
- 1 piece (2"x2" square) of cornbread and 8oz milk (30gm)
- 1 2oz muffin and 4 oz milk (30gm)
- 1 flavored English muffin (maple, apple cinnamon, blueberry, etc.) and butter or cream cheese with 4oz skim milk (30gm)
On the run
- 1 granola bar (30gm)
- Cereal bar (30gm)
- 1 drinkable yogurt with 3 graham crackers (30gm)
- _ cup dry cereal and small fruit (30gm)
- Small bagel and cream cheese (30gm)
- 5 cheese and cracker sandwiches (30gm)
