You never have to participate in a research study -- it is your choice. We will always tell you all of the details about a study you might be eligible for, and you will have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like. If you're not interested, simply tell us right away. You may also take the consent form home to read and discuss with your family. If you decide to participate and then change your mind, that's fine, too. It's always your choice in deciding whether or not to join a clinical study.
