There are nutritional issues and there are diabetes issues.
From a nutritional standpoint eating Frosted Flakes every
day is probably not the best idea, but eating them once in
awhile as a special treat is OK. Just look at your recommended
amount of carbs at breakfast and then pour accordingly, but
don't forget to count the milk! If your BS still becomes elevated
even after counting carbs, an extra unit of fast-acting (Humalog
or Regular) might be in order, but consult your doctor or
certified diabetes educator before making this type of adjustment.
