There are many snacks that are low in carbohydrate that you can have when you're hungry but it's not snack time. For example, peanut butter or light cream cheese on celery, peanuts or other nuts, mozzarella cheese sticks, rolled up cold cuts or sugar-free Jell-O to name just a few!
